Your Role
In your daily job you will:
1. Both for flow 4 and flow 5 related issues solve;
2. Capacity issue solve ;
3. Make sure production smoothly running ;
4. Automation and innovation develop;
5. All ME related issue solve ;

Your Background
Key ingredients for succeeding in this role are your:
1. Bachelor's degree of the major mechanical design, automation, or similar
2. Strong communication skills
3. Above average oral English skills
4. 5+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering for automotive connector products
5. Strong working knowledge of manufacturing process and tooling for automotive connector operations
6. Expertise in APQP and Launch Activities including FMEAs and Control Plans
7. Basic knowledge in IATF 16949;
