1. Serves as a steward of highly confidential information and acts as a trustworthy liaison between the Vice President and internal and external stakeholders; 2. Deliver the requested information on a timely & accurate basis; 3. Prepare all documentation including reports, minutes and presentation requested by the Vice President; 4. Secretarial support to the Vice President i.e. domestic & international travel arrangement including air tickets, transportation, accommodation, etc.; 5. Coordinates advancement related events, meetings, and activities including internal and external communication events and initiatives; draft and edit communication materials;
Qualifications: The ideal candidate will have/be: 1. Bachelor's degree or above. 2. Minimum 2 years' experience in an administrative role supporting executive level; 3. Strong familiarity with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook; 4. Uncompromised ability to protect the confidentiality and privacy of others in addition to company documents and records when privy to sensitive information; 5. Possess concise verbal and written skills to communicate productively with a wide range of people, both internally and externally; 6. Truly outstanding customer service and interpersonal communication skills; 7. Keen attention to detail, strong conflict resolution, problem-solving and decision-making skills;
