Main Responsibilities: - Find right suppliers and products to competitive prices of good quality on the Asian production market; - Operate purchasing negotiation on the Asian markets; - Secure that suppliers (incl. all external brand suppliers) carry out as per agreements & orders; - Order inquiries, price quotation, calculation of Landed cost; - Continuous improvements in the processes“Source product”and“Negotiate with supplier”; - Merchandising administration work and order follow-up; - Samples logging, packing and delivery arrangement; - Manage and Organize samples storage; - Weekly, monthly order- and sourcing- status reporting to Merchandising Manager; - Make production plan with Merchandising Manager; - Work actively with seeking to improve yourself and gain further knowledge in your field of responsibility; - Co-work with Senior Merchandiser, Merchandiser and Assistant Merchandiser in your team.
Position Requirements: - Colleague degree or above, graduation in Sourcing/ Procurement; - 5+ years' experience in Buying/Trading office & Manufacturing industry; - Experience of merchandising/ purchasing administration is prefereble; - Excellent written and clear fluent spoken English; - Proficient in MS Office; - Preferable in well known of CBX; - Team Player, but able to work independently; - Focused and goal oriented; - Open for travelling, mainly in Asia region; - High level of responsibility and strong work ethics.
