Responsibility: 1. Handle customers and oversea offices enquiries. Be responsible for accepting calls and providing a knowledgeable, efficientand proactive point of contact.Maintain good relationship with the clients 2. Generate customer service and operation data and report upon request; ensure all KPI are achieved 3. Learn development and continuous improvement as company standard 4. Handle operation according to SOP to deliver best service to our customers.
Requirements: 1. Good command of English 2. Bachelor degree in logistics or related majors 3. Conversant with main MS software applications. ( Outlook, Excel, Word.PPT etc.). Sound numerical skills and sensitivity 4. Customer oriented.Good Self-discipline to keep commitment which is requested by the job 5. Can work under pressure and willing to share extra workload if necessary 6. Above 3 years working experience in logistics industry is preferred
