Major Tasks and Responsibilities: 61Execute and implement strategic OT Security initiatives across designated regions in accordance with established OT Security framework and organizational objectives. 61Provide technical consultation for local PCT on IT related technical topics on various security aspects of OT systems e.g. domains, network segmentation, system modernization, firewall, patching, remote access, network monitoring. 61Conduct risk assessment and vulnerability analysis, developing mitigation recommendation with clear business prioritization. 61Responsible for deploying network monitoring solutions, understand network traffics and alert management. 61Work closely with cyber defense team to support OT related incidents and develop countermeasures. 61Support sites with internal, external, and regulatory OT audits. 61Work closely with stakeholders across IT, Engineering, and business to integrate security requirements into OT infrastructure. 61Maintain expertise in emerging security technologies, industry trends, and threat evolving threat landscapes to drive innovation and continuous improvements. Required Qualifications: 61Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related technical discipline 61Minimum 5 years of cybersecurity experience, with minimum 2+ years’ experience in OT/industrial cybersecurity 61Hands on experience in implementing security solutions, including OT network monitoring, vulnerability management, anti-malware, and application control 61Good understanding of the current threat landscapes and counter measures 61Strong knowledge of industrial control systems (DCS, SCADA, PLCs), Safety Instrumented systems and widely used OT communication protocols 61Experience with AWS would be a plus 61Working knowledge with Industrial Cybersecurity standards such as IEC 62443, NIST, NIS2 61Cyber security related certifications (GICSP, ISA/IEC 62443) would be a plus
