Responsibilities :
Problems shooting before and after orders
1. missing materials, need to coordinate with purchasing, technical perfumers/flavorist and production to have a quick solution
2. cooperate SAD to have a clear process if PO miss materials when and how they should inform clients about the estimated shipping date
3. coordinate with QC to avoid produced fragrances/flavors couldn’t be shipped due to missing target oil
4. coordinate with R&D, Purchasing and QC to avoid the color of fragrances has big wave
5. cooperate with QA, QC and R&D to deal with the products complaining issue.

Process improvement
1. coordinate with lab to make sure all the submissions are sent out on time
2. coordinate with FDM and RA to make sure projects are not stuck due to missing RA’s confirm on legislation part
3. coordinate with lab and QC to find a solution to keep the flash point result at the same lever
4. coordinate with RA to make sure the related information between CLP and SDS are exactly same; to make sure all the documents requests can be supplied on time
5. coordinate with R&D to make sure to avoid the repeated fragrance/flavor quality issues
6.Coordinate and comb the business processes of various departments, including ( PUD, SAD, PRD, RA,QA,QC, CSD, R&D,etc)
