Responsibilities:
61 To execute routine and ad-hoc IT system related operation tasks according to IT Operation Manual, Production Plan, and Job Tickets
61 To closely follow and execute all incident reports, ad-hoc requests, and Change Requests received from End Users as assigned by IT Operations team lead
61 To install PC software, update security patch, review/update PC security setup, troubleshoot PC/device issues reported from End Users etc.
61 To perform other tasks or join in IT projects as assigned by IT – Operations Section Chief

Job Specifications:
Technical Knowledge
61 Bachelor degree in Computer or other related field
61 Understanding on IT operations
61 Understanding of bank IT system thoroughly

Skills
61 Need to be on working shift
61 Basic understanding on Computer system and network
61 Good understanding on system and network operation procedure
61 Good communication skills and teamwork spirit
61 Willingness to following all management policy/ procedure

Experiences

61 Minimum 1 year’s operator experience on system and network
