Responsibility / 工作职责：
1. Take charge of new product cost accounting and development plan.
负责新产品的成本预算和开发策划。
2. On the basis of development process, to promote the work of each stage, to ensure the new product development progress. Report the working condition to the superior in time.
依照开发流程，推进各阶段的工作，确保新产品的开发进度。及时向上级汇报工作情况。
3. Take charge of compile and manage the data which is related to R&D 、 drawing 、 BOM、project folder and so on.
负责开发设计相关的资料，图纸和BOM 以及项目文件夹等的制作和管理。
4. During the development process, responsible for the test arrangement and test result analysis。
负责开发过程中，各试验及测试的推进及试验结果的分析。
5.T ake charge of the mass production import for new product.
负责新产品的量产导入。
6.Responsible for technical support to customers、dealers and other departments.
负责对客户、经销商和其他部门的技术支持。
7. Responsible for check the files made by team members.
负责对团队成员制作的设计资料进行审核。
8. Responsible for team building and directing for team member’s work.负责团队的建设和团队成员日常工作的督导
9. Other R&D related jobs and other duties set by the R&D Manager.
其他研发相关工作以及研发部经理布置的其它工作。

Requirement /能力要求：
1. Bachelor degree or above, manufacturing technology, Mechanical or related majors .
学士及以上学位，机械相关专业。
2. 5 Year working experience or above in related fields, and master in using related design software.
至少5年以上相关工作经历，并熟练运用相关设计软件。
3. Good written and spoken English. Must pass the CET4
英语读写流利,通过CET4。
4. Familiar with powertools design.
熟悉电动工具设计工作。
5. Good interpersonal skills and team player
良好的人际沟通能力和团队精神。
