Responsibilities: Operations Management and Leadership: Oversee the overall management of the Shanghai Branch, lead a team of 4 (incl. sales, merchandiser, and warehouse) to ensure smooth and efficient team operations and achievement of business goals.
Business Development and Customer Relationship Management: Actively explore the Chinese market, identify new business opportunities, develop potential clients, and maintain existing customer relationships to enhance customer satisfaction and market share.
Project Management: Supervise and coordinate the customized service project progress, ensuring timely delivery and quality compliance with customer requirements.
Market Insights and Strategic Planning: Gain in-depth understanding of the local electronics components market dynamics, providing data support and recommendations for the company’s market entry and expansion strategies.
Collaboration with Headquarters: Maintain close communication with the German headquarters to ensure business synergy, timely feedback on local market information and customer needs, and drive the implementation of the company’s overall strategy.
Qualifications:
1.Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Electronic Engineering, Business Management, or related fields. 2.Over 8 years of experience in the electronics components industry, with a good understanding of industry trends and market dynamics. 3.At least 3 years of team management experience, with strong leadership and teamwork skills. 4.Excellent communication skills in both Chinese and English, able to communicate effectively with people from different backgrounds. 5.Deep understanding of the local market, with the ability to identify market trends and customer needs. 6.Open-minded and innovative, able to adapt to a rapidly changing market environment. 7.Proficient in office software, with good project management and problem-solving abilities.
