Activities 86Follow and meet the company requirement of HSE and code of conduct in daily work 86Develop and implement price strategy & price book, regular exchange with global and regional team on price topics. 86Organize price committee and regularly review price position, give advices for committee decisions, provide data and trends to support business discussion. 86Implement price campaign to track price performance, provide monthly or quarterly report such as Monthly analysis report for business line and managements 86Responsible for price tool digitalization, incI. but not limit to: COMPASS, Lub price survey, and price analysis function in PBl. 86Work closely with sales team, other marketing team incl. AO aftermarket & OEM & IO to get the latest market information and competitor movements, provide regularly report. 86Manage data collection from sales team, distributors channels and data computation, responsible for information center for all pricing activities. 86Provide support to managers during the preparation of trade marketing activities, promotions and propose adjustments when cost or market changes upon necessity 86Collect and manage market intelligence from global/regional, local agencies and resources. 86Sharing market intelligence regularly with managements and related teams for understanding market trends and business insights. 86Work effectively with teamwork spirit, support manager and other marketing team on relevant topics and projects. Manage and develop direct reports for the competency development and career growth to their full potential
Qualifications 86Bachelor or above degree in Business, Marketing, or related disciplines; additional diploma in statistics, strategy or intelligence is preferred 86Minimum 8 years of sales, pricing or intelligence related experience, at least 5 years working experience as a manager role, familiar with lubricant market is a must 86Experience in business analysis or price intelligence as a plus 86Able to build up and maintain good relationships with sales team, distributors and agencies; 86Down-to-earth working attitudes, very sensitive to numbers and figures, familiar with SAP system 86Well-organized and flexible in the face of changes, with a strong drive for success; 86Able to work under pressure and independently, willing to work a flexible schedule and undertake business travel. 86Excellent both in oral and written English and Mandarin, excellent skills on office reporting tools and presentations. Has a basic knowledge of HSE, knows and applies Golden Rules in his/her line of work, knows how to report an HSE event.
