Main Responsibilities :
Define the sales plan according to the business plan;
Initiate and control the annual sales budget and KPIs set by the management;
Lead and organize the tender preparation, and monitor the profit performance of the business;
Develop the domestic liquid bulk transportation market to achieve sales budget;
Coordinate with the business Lines to provide comprehensive supply chain solutions to the customers;
Customer Relation, Quotation and Contract , Receivables management;
Collect market information and trend in order to define the market development plan;
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers through regular communication, face-to-face meetings, and industry networking events to enhance HOYER's market position and reputation;
Propose the Sales training plan to the team;
Improve customer satisfaction and recognition of Hoyer;
Requirement :
Good communication skill and good command on English;
Familiar with domestic chemical logistic market;
College degree or above, with education background on chemical or logistic;
At least 5 years working experience on logistic field, more than 3 years working experience on chemical logistic field, ISO tank related in preference;
