Key Responsibilities:
61 Develop and optimize performance fabrics for various applications.
61 Collaborate with the design and production teams to ensure fabric quality and performance standards are met.
61 Conduct research and development on new fabric technologies and materials.
61 Manage and oversee fabric testing and quality control processes.
61 Liaise with suppliers and manufacturers to source and develop new materials.
61 Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in fabric technology. Including regular visits to key mills in Asia and trade shows.

Qualifications:
61 Bachelor's degree in Textile Technology, Textile Engineering, or a related field.
61 Minimum of 10 years of experience in fabric technology, with a focus on performance fabrics for workwear and protection.
61 Proven experience working with fabric mills and understanding of their applications.
61 Strong knowledge of fabric testing methods and quality control standards.
61 Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
61 Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
61 Strong communication and project management skills.
