We are seeking a skilled Technical Specialist with a strong background in garment technology and quality management.

- Maintain and update the Quality Manual and Physical Test Manual, ensuring clarity for all team members.
- Approve laboratories for physical testing while ensuring compliance with relevant ISO standards in the apparel and footwear industry.
- Act as a coach for quality colleagues, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Make training and development material for BESTSELLER AQC’s
- Travel to our offices in Turkey, India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, and China (approximately 50+ travel days a year).

Qualifications:
- University degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a garment technology role within a trading/buying house or brand.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Quality Manager in garment manufacturing or a similar position.
- Very good English communication skills both in writing and oral.
- Possesses a visionary mindset, striving for excellence and improvement.
- Demonstrates a strong commercial understanding, honesty, and excellent listening skills.
- Demonstrate a sound knowledge of Total Quality Management (TQM) systems is preferred
