The candidate will be responsible for MSOL Business Development in Chemical and other targeted Industry. You are expected to be an expert in related Industry areas, who is familiar with Industry process & applications, and understand automatic control and instrumentation practice in chemical industry
In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Providing technical leadership and innovative thinking in a wide range of Chemical process, applications and industry fundamentals Create business development plan for industry focused and execute BD initiatives to capture industry trend and drive business growth Identify new opportunities in industry and develop industry know-how from sales & marketing perspective to create sale tools and deliver internal sales training Coordinate with cross functions to customize global resources, drive applications and support customer seminars and industry events Build and maintain relationships with DI/EPC by working together with regional sales team and support project pursuit Complete other job assigned by manager

For This Role, You Will Need: BS in Engineering or above, MBA preferred 3 years+ sales, BD, marketing, or technique consultant experience Good skills in written/spoken English Capable for frequent business trips Proactive self-planning and persistent work on implementation Computer proficiency in Word, Excel & PowerPoint Strong Presentation and communication skills are required Understanding of the selling and marketing process, familiarity with the industry standards and approvals. Knowledge of customers and competitors within the industry and region is a plus. Occupational health and safety awareness.
