About this Position ● Ensure all production equipment in the plant workshops maintain optimal operating conditions through comprehensive mechanical maintenance and servicing, minimizing equipment failure rates, and improving production efficiency and equipment lifespan. ● The primary responsibility is daily inspections and mechanical maintenance of equipment in all production workshops, promptly identifying and resolving potential issues by carefully adjusting and repairing equipment precision, lubrication, cooling, and other systems. ● Comply with and strictly follow the plant’s SHE standards and safety regulations to ensure all maintenance work meets compliance requirements, avoiding the creation of new hazards or damage; continuously improve professional skills and theoretical knowledge to adapt to the ever-evolving equipment and technologies, becoming a key contributor to smooth production and product quality improvement. ● Responsible for daily printing and closing of work orders for the team, assigning team tasks, managing spare parts usage, and communicating with production team leaders in various workshops. ● This position does not involve high or low voltage electrical operations or electrical maintenance work. What you07ll do ● Ensure compliance with factory safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment, including proper use of safety tools, personal protective equipment (PPE), and waste disposal. Conduct regular safety assessments to identify and eliminate potential hazards. ● Diagnose and repair mechanical faults or abnormalities in production equipment across the factory in a timely manner. Utilize solid technical knowledge and practical experience to quickly determine root causes and restore equipment functionality. ● Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on all mechanical equipment in the production workshops to ensure continuous and stable operation. ● Maintain detailed daily maintenance records, including repair dates, equipment models, fault descriptions, and replaced parts, to support equipment tracking and maintenance planning. ● Focus exclusively on mechanical inspection and repair tasks within the production workshops. ● Assign tasks to team members based on OPRA system work orders and supervise the quality of mechanical maintenance and repairs. Qualifications: What makes you a good fit ● High school diploma or above. ● Over 10 years of experience in chemical industry mechanical inspection and maintenance. ● Proficient in reading and interpreting various mechanical equipment drawings.
