Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Garment Technologist to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring our garments meet quality, fit, and compliance standards from design through to production. You’ll work closely with design, production, and QA teams to deliver high-quality apparel that meets brand and customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
61 Develop and manage technical specifications, size charts, and garment construction details
61 Review and approve samples, ensuring they meet design and fit standards
61 Conduct fitting sessions and provide clear comments to factories for sample revisions
61 Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues throughout the development and production process
61 Collaborate with suppliers and factories to ensure quality, construction, and compliance
61 Perform garment testing and quality checks to ensure standards are met
61 Work with design and product development teams to ensure designs are feasible for production
Requirements:
61 Degree or diploma in Fashion Technology, Garment Engineering, or related field
61 Minimum 3 years of experience as a Garment Technologist (apparel industry)
61 Strong knowledge of garment construction, fitting, grading, and production processes
61 Familiarity with testing standards and compliance requirements
61 Proficient in technical documentation and sample evaluations
61 Strong communication skills in English and Chinese
61 Detail-oriented, analytical, and solution-focused
