Your Main Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the configuration and operation and maintenance of IT equipment such as laptops and printers, assign and process tasks on time according to the priority of the issues, and improve user satisfaction.
2. Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues, make sure Server, network, Anti-virus and backup running smoothly.
3. Coordinate with Head Quarter’s technical teams to resolve, conduct regular risk assessments and vulnerability scans to identify security gaps and resolved it.
4. Develop and deliver cybersecurity awareness training programs for employees.
5. Maintain accurate documentation of IT systems, configurations, procedures and SOP.
6. Vendor daily Management.
7. Other: Training, document management, etc.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree or above.
2. Minimum 3 years’ experience of relevant position
3. Necessary IT hardware maintenance, especially in network maintenance and security、router、server maintenance
4. Strong initiative, quick learner and good team player
5. Good Communication skill, fluent oral and written English
