岗位职责: Develop, manage, implement, communicate and maintain a quality plan to bring the Company’s Quality Assurance Systems and Policies into compliance with quality system requirements. - To supervise and manage the QA teams by plan and organize and schedule all inspections. - To evaluate the performance of all inspectors and their inspection report and provide guidance. - Closely work with the clients & factory and evaluate client’s requirements / factories’ quality performance. - Get updated all quality systems of clients and make sure our team and suppliers all are in same alignment. And work to decrease the possibility of future quality problems. - Approve samples of new product development and make sure get it approval on timely manner. - Provide technical support for development & merchandising department. - Maintain proper approved sample files/ library with all customer standards. - Attract, hire, and develop a QA team of high performers by provide & Coordinates training to QA team - Give accurate and timely decisions for major troubleshooting of the process/quality issues and providing solutions to overcome them.
