Responsibilities: 85 Create testing plans and programs for power tools products in accordance with design requirements and industry standards, including but not limited to performance testing, reliability testing, and safety testing. 85 Organize and execute testing tasks, record, analyze, and summarize the test results, and write test reports to provide data support for product optimization and improvement. 85 During the testing process, promptly identify quality issues and potential risks in the product, closely collaborate with the R&D team to assist in locating the root causes of problems and promote their rapid resolution. 85 Adopt new technologies and continuously optimize and improve testing methods to consistently meet the evolving requirements of the market and industry
Requirements: 85 Bachelor's degree or above in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related disciplines, familiar with analog and digital circuit principles. 85 Familiar with the use of common instruments such as multimeters and oscilloscopes, and possessing job skills in the installation, testing and repair of electronic products. 85 Over 7 years of experience in power tool testing, preferably with expertise in testing and verification during the development of battery and charging systems. 85 Excellent problem-solving skills along with strong logical thinking. 85 Self-motivated with good communication skills. 85 Fluent in English. Proficiency in Japanese is preferred.
