As Lead IoT Architecture, your Key Responsibilities:
61 Establish an loT platform strategy (cloud, app, connected module, protocals) for China, including the setup and cloud hosting services required to achieve key business outcomes.
61 Lead an agile product team to enhance and support the lot platform
61 Anticipate and address potential risks and obstacles impacting team success.
61 Provide WoW guidance and rules for technical design and architecture decisions within and across teams.
61 Identify the selection of new technologies and maintain partner relationships.
61 Work with product owner to manage the product backlog, project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables by each sprint and scrum.
61 Identify local customer needs and independently develop application features to fit business requirements.
61 By platform like JIRA, Formulate epics, user stories and features, translating these to tasks for sprint planning.
61 Formulate functional and non-functional testing plan.
61 Troubleshoot and debug platform issues.
61 Guide team to develop and maintain technical documentation.
61 Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and innovation


More about you

61 Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience.
61 10+ years experience solving technical challenges or implementing software solutions.
61 Strong understanding and demonstrated use of software development methodologies (e.g. GxP software experience.
61 Prior experience in software development, IOT, lighting or home devices, or regulated industry related software development experience is a plus.
Implementation experience in cloud-based environments such as AWS, Azure, and the Google Cloud Platform
61 Strong problem-solving, decision making, communication and collaboration skills with the ability to think strategically.
61 Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with both technical and nontechnical stakeholders alike.
61 Comfortable engaging with stakeholders at all levels in the organization and with external vendors.
61 loT platform experience is a plus.
