Responsible for the technical promotion and sales of semiconductor equipment sealing products (such as O-rings, gaskets, vacuum seals, etc.), deeply understanding customer needs, providing customized solutions, and meeting the requirements of semiconductor manufacturing equipment (such as lithography machines, etchers, CVD/PVD equipment, etc.) for high-purity, corrosion-resistant, and low-outgassing sealing materials.
Collaborate with customer technical teams to complete product selection, performance verification, and process adaptation, ensuring that sealing solutions comply with the semiconductor industry's stringent cleanroom environment standards (such as ISO Class 1) and chemical compatibility requirements.
Expand customer base among semiconductor equipment manufacturers, foundries, and packaging/testing enterprises, establish long-term cooperative relationships, explore new project opportunities, and promote the localization substitution or import brand substitution of sealing products.
Regularly follow up with key customers and track industry trends.
Organize technical seminars or product trainings for customers to enhance their understanding of material characteristics (such as fluorocarbon rubber, perfluoroether, metal seals, etc.) and industry certifications (such as UL, FDA, SEMI standards).
Participate in domestic and international semiconductor exhibitions to showcase sealing technology solutions and enhance the company's brand influence within the semiconductor supply chain.
Coordinate with the supply chain team to manage inventory and delivery lead times, ensure timely delivery of key customer orders, and support the company's annual sales targets and market share growth in the semiconductor equipment sealing sector.
Collect and analyze regional market data, develop differentiated sales strategies, and increase market share in the semiconductor equipment sealing field.
