RESPONSIBILITIES:
职责：

o Manage special equipment (Such as: boiler, vessel, pipes, elevator, lifter, forklift…), safety devices (such as rupture disc, PSV, pressure gauge…) of Songjiang site, ensure all the procedures, documents, matters compliance and within validity.
管理松江厂区的特种设备（如锅炉、容器、管道、电梯、升降机、叉车等）和安全装置（如爆破片、安全阀、压力表等），确保所有程序、文件、事项均符合规定且在有效期内。

o Manage and maintain list of special equipment, safety devices (mandatory testing & non mandatory testing). Maintenance records.
管理并维护特种设备和安全装置的清单（包括强制性和非强制性检测项目），以及维护记录。

o Manage electrical generator, regular testing and maintenance works.
管理发电机，进行定期测试和维护工作。

o Scaffold inspection and approval.
脚手架的检查与批准。

o Manage all hoisting devices (fixed and removed), hoisting accessories, hoisting safety accessories, MEWP equipment.
管理所有起重设备（固定和移动式）、起重附件、起重安全附件以及移动式升降工作平台（MEWP）设备。

o Manage responsibility area.
管理责任区域。

o Manage and collect CI documents of maintenance team.
管理并收集维护团队的持续改进（CI）文件。

o Natural gas system: daily inspection and maintenance, leakage testing, manage mandatory testing.
天然气系统：进行日常检查和维护、泄漏测试，管理强制性检测。

o Execute daily maintenance inspection for utility equipment, HVAC system, wastewater treatment system, report abnormal information to maintenance engineer.
对公用工程设备、暖通空调（HVAC）系统、废水处理系统进行日常维护检查，并向维护工程师报告异常信息。

o Execute maintenance works for utility equipment, HVAC system, wastewater treatment system, and other production equipment follow maintenance work order from operation team.
根据运营团队的维护工单，对公用工程设备、暖通空调系统、废水处理系统以及其他生产设备进行维护工作。

o Implement critical mechanical PM work independently.
独立实施关键机械设备的预防性维护（PM）工作。

o Trouble shooting and solving. Can solve mechanical equipment failure independently, such as pump, mechanical seal, blower, heating exchange, compressor, agitator, motor, valve etc.
故障排查与解决。能够独立解决机械设备的故障，如泵、机械密封、风机、换热器、压缩机、搅拌器、电机、阀门等。

o Support maintenance engineer to establish maintenance procedure (SOP) for all equipment, and train maintenance contractors.
支持维护工程师为所有设备制定维护程序（SOP），并对维护承包商进行培训。

o Keep utility equipment running in a good situation.
确保公用工程设备处于良好运行状态。

o Contractor management.
承包商管理。

o Can dis-assemble and assemble mechanical equipment, can do shaft alignment independently.
能够拆卸和组装机械设备，并能够独立进行轴对中。

o Support to lean manufacturing activity: TPM-AM, 5S, JI etc.
支持精益生产活动，如全面生产维护-自主维护（TPM-AM）、5S、即时生产（JI）等。

o Work together with the utility operation team to meet the production request.
与公用工程运营团队合作，满足生产需求。

o Evaluate potential risk of maintenance work order through tools like JHA/JSA.
通过工作危害分析（JHA）/工作安全分析（JSA）等工具评估维护工单的潜在风险。

REQUIREMENTS – EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, SKILLS:
要求 - 教育背景、经验、技能：

o College Degree in mechanical or related majors
机械或相关专业大专学历

o At least 6 years’ mechanical maintenance experience, foreign venture experience is preferred.
至少6年机械维护经验，有外资企业经验者优先。

o 4 years’ maintenance technician experience in chemical plant.
4年化工厂维护技术员经验。
