Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the relevant government affairs, to establish pricing code, manage sunshine procurement platform and NHSA product codes related to clinical diagnostic business department.
2. Familiar with the policies of medical market, timely and accurately evaluate the policies trend and requirement to offer reliable analysis for the company by collecting and analyzing the relevant information in market access.
3. Provides accurate insights in policy dynamics and trends and constructive suggestions for product registration on sunshine procurement platform to ensure successfully registered.
4. Regularly visits the relevant departments, such as medical insurance bureaus, drug administration, bidding department etc. to assist in maintaining the company's public relations network and organizing cooperation projects or activities with government departments.
5.Responsible for offering insight into the market dynamitic of the relevant IVD medical industry. Regularly update accurate analysis for business department. Collaborate with marketing, technical and sales department to provide analysis and constructive suggestions for the strategic layout of Chinese market with involves long-term business plan.
6. Analyzes and propose on the introduction, registration and maintenance of new IVD products. To communicate with the headquarters within cooperation of marketing and RAQA department.
7. Involves in the planning, communicating and pushing in related sales projects of China for clinical diagnostic department. To Cooperate with relevant departments to implement the qualifications, processes, audits related work of IVD sales entities.
Qualifications:
1. Minimum a bachelor’s degree background in medicine or relevant medical industry.
2. Above 5 years of work experience in the medical device industry, and a minimum of 3 years work experiences in market access and government platform registration; Familiar with government organizational structure, operating mechanism, decision-making process, etc.
3. Familiar with medical industry policies, medical insurance, sunshine procurement, government affairs in public relations process and management methods.
4. Work experiences with medical insurance and related departments, good communication and problem-solving abilities. Rich experiences in the practical operation of government affairs and crisis response skills.
5. Good ability of project planning, following up and organization and coordination, cross-department cooperation, and good teamwork.
6. Good English expression ability.
