Responsibilities

61 Oversee and facilitate procurement, production, shipping, and billing for the client’s jobs and projects; be a vital link between the client and operation team to ensure all terms of the contract and engagement are delivered flawlessly.
61 Build successful partnerships with the client business leads and key decision makers to increase and expand revenue opportunities by identifying production solutions and evaluating current spend.
61 Prepare and oversee the status of all client jobs and/or projects, confirm that all jobs are delivered on-time, and expedite operations that delay or alter schedules to meet unforeseen conditions.
61 Attend briefs, liaise with agency and client stakeholders and provide strategic guidance to the operation team to optimize bidding and production processes.
61 Ensure contract obligations are being met by both ASL and the client.
61 Work closely with the wider account team to share learnings and ‘Best Practice’ across the business
61 Consistently exceed client expectations and ensure the production team is providing superior customer service.
61 Responsible for using our procurement system management (CONNECT).


Requirements

61 Minimum 3-5year experience managing clients，more experience will be highly chance to be as Senior manager.
61 Exceptional client and account management skills gained in a direct client interfacing role.
61 Rigorous way of working with tight deadlines and on time feed back to client
61 Outstanding organizational and planning skills (ability to juggle multiple projects), great attention to detail and follow-through, ability to multi-task and consistently meet deadlines.
61 A ‘Can Do’ attitude in what is a very challenging client environment.
61 Experience in promotion within the FCMG industry would be advantageous
61 Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to interface with senior level professionals.
61 Experience excelling within fast paced, high energy environments.
61 Highly proficient with MS Office software, especially Excel, Power Point and Smart Sheet
