职位综述
- This position has the responsibility for the quality control of boiler manufacturing materials and purchased parts.
该岗位主要负责锅炉制造原材料和外购件的材料检验质量控制。
- Familiar with American standard, GB standard and EN/ISO standard steel plate, steel pipe, pipe fittings, flanges and fasteners, welding consumables and other materials, with the general knowledge of pumps, valves, meters.
熟悉美标、国标以及欧标的钢板、钢管、管件、法兰及紧固件、焊材等材料，具备对泵、阀、仪表的一般知识了解。

岗位职责
- Responsible for incoming material inspection, sampling for appearance, dimension and PMI inspection, prepare inspection report.
- Collect and review MTC, compile material transfer number and report the list of main raw materials.
- Release the materials of pressure parts from warehouse to the workshop.
- Responsible for supervision of material storage, marking and keeping environment.
- Responsible for countersigning material substitution report and supervise on substitution procedure.
- Responsible for supervision on material marking transfer.
- Responsible for dealing with material technical problem occurs during production.
- Willing to wear the necessary PPE required and assure to work under the HSE requirement.
- Other tasks assigned by supervisor.
- Incoming inspection should be completed within 48 hours
- Complete the list of main raw materials before painting.
- Perform inspection according to drawings and project ITP
1.负责来料检验，取样做外观、尺寸和PMI检验，编制检验报告。
2.收集并审核材料质保书，编制材料移植号，并编制产品主要原材料清单。
3.受压件材料仓库发放监督。
4.原材料储存、标识和存放环境的监督。
5.材料代用的会签和代用程序的监督。
6.原材料标识移植的监督。
7.处理生产过程中发生的材料技术问题。
8.遵守工厂安全管理规定。
9.主管安排的临时任务。
10.来料检验需在48小时内完成
11.产品油漆前完成主要原材料清单
12.根据图纸及项目ITP执行检验

岗位要求
- college degree or above。
- 大专或以上学历
- 8 years minimal experience in Quality Control. Especially in material control.
- 8年以上质量检验经验，特别是在来料检验方面的经历优先
- Excellent conflict resolution skills. 具备化解冲突的能力
- Excellent presentation skills. 具备优秀的表达能力
- Strong basic computer skills, familiarity with Microsoft Office.具备良好计算机操作能力，主要是office的办公软件
- Basic English read/written capability基本的英语读写能力。
