61 Conduct material/product evaluation based on internal or customer-specific requirements and release qualified material/product via the Lotus-Notes database and SAP in alignment to company strategy and technological roadmap. To identify potential gaps, risks and shortcomings that might occur during the whole qualification proceedings. Benchmark the outcome of the evaluations with other AT&S sites. Issue, maintain and get signed with supplier for related material specification.
61 Monitor and review supplier performance and department performance indicator to make sure that supplier and department performance indication can achieve yearly quality target.
61 Manage all the quality and technical issues that are associated with the suppliers under his/her charges. Issue and maintain supplier claim, handle claim compensation in accordance to the reported quality concerns, handle change request and off-spec request from suppliers to solve the quality and technical issue timely and efficiently, conduct periodic supplier rating based on the given format and standard, initiate supplier CIP and make sure that supplier keep the required quality level.
61 Create and carry out supplier audit periodically according to audit program and/or specific request. Maintain supplier audit in audit system to confirm the quality capability of the supplied product, the processes and operations of suppliers are compliance to AT&S requirements.
61 Carry out supplier continuous improvement project and system improvement project. Establish plans and actions for the achievement of set targets within the defined time-line. Report its progress and status to the Supplier Quality Manager on a periodic basis.
61 Act as a communication channel or as a contact window between the suppliers and the relevant internal and external customers towards the resolution of any reported queries, issues and concerns
61 Initiate and update documentation under supplier quality responsibility, Conduct UL internal audit and follow up the gap close, Other Job assignment from superior to achieve the setting target
