What this job involves 61 Act as the project point of contact to interface with client teams, including to understand business requirement, the space solution outcomes and anticipated drawing deliverables. Be able to Communicates conceptual design ideas through 2D and 3D presentation/design drawings. Be able to do feasibility studies, be good at CAD and drawings. 61 Learn and understand the GWI guidelines, and ensure the compliance during the project planning, design and construction process. 61 Be familiar with the guidelines from other functions, i.e. EHS. Security. IT, etc. Work with these functions to identify design and construction requirements to align with lease terms and conditions. 61 Facilitate and coordinate the space planning, programming, design and construction of projects. Project planning responsibilities include scope and cost validation and project authorization support within the department. 3 years of project implementation and management experience with timeline,quality,safety,cost control experience. 61 Own and lead the project change management process. 61 Coordinate with the project management and construction teams to ensure cohesive documentation for construction.
Required
2 to 5 years of experience in commercial or industry interiors design Bachelor’s degree from an accredited school of design or engineering Proficiency in the use of AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, and other 3D computer design programs. Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin are essential. Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint to complete analysis & reports. Strong sense of team cooperation. Highly organized with strong analytical skills. Independent, resourceful, possess a keen ability to learn, and with excellent work ethic. Self-motivated, flexible and adaptable.
