* What you will be doing：
- Responsible for the installation, debugging, and maintenance of advanced packaging test equipment.
- Develop and optimize measurement recipes based on customer requirements.
- Provide on-site technical support and troubleshoot issues encountered during equipment operation.
- Participate in the introduction and testing of new equipment to ensure stable operation.
- Maintain effective communication with clients, understand their needs, and provide professional solutions.
- Frequent travel is required, adapting to different projects and working environments.
*Requirements:
- Willing to travel frequently, up to 70% of the month.
- Bachelor's degree or above in Physics, Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.
- Experience in installation, debugging, and recipe development for packaging metrology equipment.
- Responsible, hands-on, and strong communication skills with clients.
Basic English speaking and writing skills.
