Your Role In your daily job you will: 1. Be responsible for APQP quality related activities with customer & internal cross functions. Ensure Customer Requirements are well defined, documented, approved and implemented. 2. Develop and optimize PFD/PFMEA/Control Plan/WI & Visual Aids for projects. 3. Be responsible for continue improvement like QRQC, FTQ, CoPQ, top issues & customer complaint. 4. Take lead for customer audit/visit and monitor corrective actions and keep liaison with customer. 5. Be responsible for Customer Complaint Containment, Root Cause Analysis and Corrective Action Implementation and lesson learn. 6. Change management and implementation monitoring. Your Background Key ingredients for succeeding in this role are your: 1. 5+ years experiences in Auto industry, Auto Electronic Industry is preferred 2. Good experiences with APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, 8D, 5why 3. Familiar with local or regional OEM standard is preferred, like Ford, VW, Seres and etc. 4. Experiences in SMT (PCBA process) is preferred 5. Good communication capability, good oral and written English skill 6. Willing to take short- term traveling.
