The Business System Analyst, NetSuite will provide leadership to achieve a successful end-to-end user experience for a set of projects to be delivered concurrently and works closely with user representatives from Product Marketing and the software development teams during the Requirements and Planning, Design, Development, and Verification / Validation phases of a project. The Business System Analyst, NetSuite must develop expertise with end-to-end business processes, software applications and structure. The role will involve understanding, structuring, detailing, and validating the requirements to ensure a suitable end-to-end solution for the user and must be able to align and influence diverse perspectives without direct authority. Experience in a variety of technology environments such as web and mobile or cloud is preferred.

In this role, you will…
1. Requirements Management
61 Elicit, analyse, and document functional and non-functional business requirements for NetSuite applications.
61 Lead requirements management activities, ensuring changes are assessed, approved, and communicated to stakeholders.
2. Solution Design & Validation
61 Assess and validate solutions to ensure they meet business needs and align with functional/technical specifications.
61 Analyze business requirements to design optimal NetSuite solutions, including workflow automation, customizations, and integrations.
3. Project & Stakeholder Coordination
61 Assist the Project Manager in maintaining project plans, sprint schedules (using JIRA, Confluence), and product documentation.
61 Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and development teams, ensuring clear communication of requirements.
61 Refine requirements into actionable user stories and tasks for developers in Jira.
4. System Configuration & Implementation
61 Configure NetSuite modules (Finance, Sales, Procurement) to align with business processes, ensuring scalability and compliance.
61 Lead end-to-end project phases: requirements gathering, solution design, testing, UAT, and go-live.
5. Quality Assurance & Change Management
61 Participate in configuration change management, assessing impact and conducting testing before implementation.
61 Develop test scripts, support acceptance testing, and troubleshoot system issues.
6. Process Optimization & Support
61 Provide expertise in finance processes (month-end/year-end closing) and audit support (internal/external).
61 Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, Procurement, IT) to optimize NetSuite functionalities.
61 Manage third-party vendors for system upgrades, maintenance, and bundle releases.
7. Documentation & Training
61 Prepare detailed functional specifications, test cases, user manuals, and system blueprints.
61 Provide end-user training and support to enhance adoption and resolve issues.
8. Agile & Continuous Improvement
61 Work in an Agile environment, supporting incremental delivery and sprint cycles.
61 Proactively identify risks, escalate complex issues, and drive process improvements.
9. Additional Duties
61 Other responsibilities as assigned to support business and system objectives.

61 Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education/experience in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
61 5+ years in NetSuite Finance, Sales, and Procurement modules.
61 Strong knowledge of:
o GL, AP/AR, Order Management (interfaces, pricing, revenue recognition)
o Procurement, Intercompany Processes, Logistics
o China Golden Tax System integration
o Workflow setup & customization
61 2-3 full NetSuite implementation lifecycles (from design to go-live).
61 Experience in testing phases (FUT, UAT, SIT, etc.).
61 Exceptional prioritization, proficient problem analysis, process, and project management
61 Results-focused, team-oriented professional with a strong work ethic. Able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
61 Strong collaborator able to contribute to a variety of tasks.
61 Proven experience with defining and managing customer/business team expectations.
61 Strong working knowledge of agile and traditional project management methodologies
61 Experience with JIRA and the JIRA Agile module, or similar project tracking tool
61 Excellent presentation skills, and an ability to communicate technical information to non-technical people.
61 Must be able to learn independently, knowledge of flow charts including both business and system flows.
61 Bilingual (English & Mandarin) for effective communication.
61 ITIL framework knowledge (preferred).
61 International work environment experience (preferred).
61 Exposure to SAP or other ERPs (advantageous).
61 NetSuite ERP Certification (a plus).
