This position focuses on providing services to ITB China’s B2B travel industry buyers, including Chinese buyers engaged in outbound travel or domestic high-quality travel, as well as international/ non-Chinese buyers engaged in inbound travel to China, mainly focusing on MICE and Corporate travel. Detailed duties include, but not limited to the followings: - Develop and implement ITB China MICE and Corporate travel buyer and visitor recruitment plan - Establish and maintain good cooperative relationships with major MICE and Corporate travel buyer companies and industry organizations in both domestic and international travel markets . - Plan and operate ITB China buyers’ circle activities not only during the show time but also throughout the year, to maximize active participation of qualified domestic and international MICE and Corporate travel buyers . - Maintain buyer and visitor data collected and accumulated over the years, keeping client information dynamically updated. - Approve and manage MICE and Corporate travel buyer online registration, virtual platform, incentive center and prescheduled matchmaking meetings with exhibitors. - Observe the development trend of MICE and Corporate travel industry, conduct regular market research and analysis. - Work closely with various departments such as sales, marketing, operations and finance and to ensure that the MICE and Corporate travel buyer programs are executed smoothly and meet the company's standards. - Follow up on other matters related to buyer and visitor and complete other reasonable/relevant tasks as arranged by the COMPANY. Requirements: - Bachelor degree, at least 5 years of experience in MICE , event management, or a related field, preferably in the exhibition industry. - Strong organizational skills, good time management and attention to detail. - Strong problem solving skills and ability to make quick decisions under pressure. - Ability to learn quickly, love cross cultural teamwork, work in a self motivated attitude. - Excellent cross cultural communication and coordination skills in oral and written English and Chinese. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other office software.
