Support Marketing Manager to develop brand positioning and communication strategy with in-depth consumer insight.(10%) Assist Marketing Manager to implement brand strategy, closely work with internal and external team to develop and execute annual communication plan.(35%) Develop new and hero product communication toolkit and closely with cross teams (e.g. brand team, product team, digital team, TMKT, colour team, channel team) to develop holistic launch plan (35%) Brand content development to meet the requirement. (15%) Annual budget allocation and tracking (5%)
Support to work out Huarun brand positioning and communication strategy under the market environment, consumer insight/trend & competitive situation which can sustainably & consistently build the brand awareness. Support to develop the Huarun annual communication plan and implement the execution for the brand content creation including event, exhibition, online activities. Develop the product toolkit including product video, advertorial, selling point description, H5, leaflet, etc. Manage creative agency on project basis. Annual budget allocation and tracking.
任职要求: -Solid consumer marketing experience in FMCG or home decoration related category -Deep understanding of brand communication &strong capability of developing creative communication materials. -Familiar with different media platform/creative formats -Good communication skill and teamwork spirit -Good art sense & writing skills will be plus. -Minimum of 3 years experiences in Marketing in international company. -Fluent in English and skillful in MS office.
