1. Business Development & Recruitment: o Responsible for recruiting agents and ecosystem partners for Delmiaworks
2. Channel Development: o Develop and execute regional channel expansion plans in alignment with company strategy. o Achieve partner recruitment targets within specified timelines. o Conduct market trend analysis to innovate marketing approaches.
3. Partner Support: o Provide comprehensive support to regional partners, including training, management guidance, team building, and marketing activity planning. o Monitor and review project progress.
4. Sales Support: o Assist partners in achieving annual DELMIAWORKS sales targets.
Qualifications o Minimum 2 years of relevant experience (outstanding candidates with proven ERP partner recruitment achievements may have relaxed education and experience requirements). o Strong execution capabilities, communication skills, and business negotiation techniques. o Excellent team collaboration skills and ability to work under pressure. Prior experience in channel development within the IT software industry, particularly in management software, is preferred. o Familiarity with manufacturing processes and standards; knowledge of ERP, MOM, and MES software industries is advantageous. o Willingness to travel frequently and ability to work independently.
