Manage the safety activities and status to ensure a safe work environment with 0 accident Manage the daily and monthly production plan to ensure an evenly distributed workload Manage the production process to ensure efficiency Manage the build-in-quality process to ensure to 0 production PPM To set up measurable objectives for his/her own organization and for the area of responsibility together with the MD and the production supervisors, and to follow up that the objectives are reached. The budget plays a central part here. To take part in the team reviews and make sure that necessary corrective action is taken on the basis of sufficient analyses and expert knowledge. To establish, to maintain and to continuously improve the total quality assurance of the production area in accordance with the policy, routines and quality manual of Suprajit. To analyze future production requirements and to propose necessary action. To ensure the long-term survival of the production area through a demonstrated effort to develop the qualifications of the staff as well as to acquire productive and flexible production equipment. To observe public law, directives, provisions and concessions with regard to i.a. health, environment and safety, and to follow agreements made with external and internal parties. To ensure the optimum use of all production resources. On site quality control; control the non-conformity product; participate to analysis and solve customer/internal claim, etc. Get involved in all kinds of HSE activities, attend fire emergency evacuation, Attend Safety\Health\Environment Training. Familiar with waste disposal process of production line. Familiar with chemical properties and management. 3. Competence profile (ideal) Education/ Knowledge: - University degree - Be familiar with ISO14001 & TS16949& ISO45001 standardization - Be familiar with office system - Be familiar with ERP - Problems solving skills with full experience Practical experience - Minimum 5 year of experience in production manager position in the manufacturing plant. Skills requirements: - Ability to communicate in English both oral & written - Logical thinking and skilful communication - Strict & fast execution for established goals is essential 7.
