Key Responsibilities: 1. Financial & Management Reports -Preparation of financial reports for management & finance community (CHT Commerical) -Preparation of management reports on various commercial KPIs. -Supporting CHT Business line Leaders with commercial KPIs and ensure accuracy of reports. -Assistance to month-end closing (provisions)
2. Business Controlling -Support the regional CFO on monthly and quarterly business reviews with Business line Leaders -Ensure deliverables and reports from APAC Finance and HQ team on various topics (Margin report, Rolling 3M monthly sales forecast, Monthly finance report) -Support the regional CFO to drive forecast and budget process with Local,APAC and HQ teams. -Responsible for ensuring working capital management by setting up KPIs and monthly follow up. -Support the regional CFO with the preparation of strategic and long term business plans -Act as key user expert to support the CHT Commercial team with the Business Intelligence tool (QlickSense).
3. Receivable and Credit Management -Ensure process of Sales Collection & Credit risk management -Ensuring group Rules compliance for credit management and overdue. -Responsible to coordinate with Credit insurance agency to cover credit risk.
4. Finance Business Partner -Deep involved in and understand business -Key Project Management -Business risk management
Qualifications: MUST: -Degree in Business Management -Total experience of 10-15 years. -Minimum 5 years of business controlling in a similar capacity -Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint PREFERRED: -Prior experience in MNC environment will be preferred. -SAP experience will be preferred -Experience of BI Tool (Qlicksense…Tableau) will be preferred
