1、Run tribology test according to work instruction or standard 按照操作手册或者标准做摩擦学实验 2、Construct and setup tribology test rigs according to the application/customer requirements, with the assistance of maintenance and KLM ITE. 在维修和KLM ITE的协助下按照应用、客户要求设计并搭建摩擦学测试台架 3、Carry out tribology projects to support MA and Sales to solve application problem of the customers. 通过摩擦学项目支持市场部和销售以解决客户的产品应用问题 4、Carry out tribology projects to increase technique know-how and share them to the team. 通过摩擦学项目来增长技术知识并分享给团队 5、Carry out research on component/surface/material analysis 研究分析组件/材料/表面 6、Develop and optimize tribological test methods 开发和优化摩擦学的测试方法 7、Participate and give technical guidance for product development 参与产品开发，提供技术指导 8、Provide tribology support to MA, Sales and QA in dealing with customer complaints 在市场，销售和质量处理客户投诉时提供摩擦学方面的支持 9、Provide tribology support to Sales and MA in customer visit, business trip and training ect. 在销售和市场接待客户拜访,出差及培训等相关事务时提供摩擦学方面的支持 10、Ensure proper documentation of experiment and test results 确保适当的实验室文档和测试结果 11、Report test and experiments results in oral and written form to superior 以口头和书面的形式向上级主管报告测试和实验结果 12、Ensure cleanliness and order of work area 确保工作区域清洁有序
任职要求： 1、Master or higher Degree in tribology, mechanical engineering, physics or relative field 硕士及以上学历，主修摩擦学、机械工程、物理或相关专业 2、preferable relative experience in tribology testing, e.g. bearing, chain, gear, etc. 丰富的摩擦学测试经验，比如在轴承，链条，齿轮箱等方面。 3、Good communication in English, fluent in speaking and listening; (Language Skill) 良好的英语沟通能力，听说读写熟练 4、Good team work with colleagues 良好的团队合作能力 5、excellent PC skills 良好的电脑使用技能
