1. Cooperate with international partners and senior Chinese and foreigner lawyers on major cases for Foreign Direct Investment (M&A, FDI, commercial, compliance, corporate restructuring & liquidations) and for dispute resolution (litigation and arbitration);
2. Support on daily legal advisory support to international clients in R&P's core practice areas (corporate, commercial, compliance, intellectual property, employment, litigation / arbitration);
3. End-responsibility for legal documents drafting, reviewing and review of translation work;
4. Capable of conducting legal research, case retrieval, and comprehensive work.;
4. Other work as assigned.
Requirements:
1. At least 2 years working experience supporting international clients;
2. Ability to read, interpret, draft, modify and review legal documents in Chinese and English;
3. Capable to work with independently and take responsibility of a task;
4. Good team worker;
5. LLB or LLM;
6. Fluent in both spoken and written English;
7. Chinese Bar qualification.
