Establish objectives for, and create, develop, and administer, in whole or in part, a training program including quality fundamentals and technical training sessions in accordance with Quality initiatives and strategies. Manage and develop strategic goals for Continuous Improvement program for Medline Asia Quality Organization. Manage the CI team.
CORE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Recommend and create training plans for various functional areas within Quality. Partner with senior leadership to determine direction and focus of training. Influence change implementation throughout Medline Asia Quality Organization Develop and manage Continuous improvement program, assure initiatives produce savings for the organization. Collaborate and work with department leadership on CI initiatives Daily team management.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS: Education & Certification
Bachelor's degree. Minimum of 5 years of experience in Training, Leadership Development. Minimum of 3 years of management experience. Certification in CI (Green Belt, Lean Six Sigma)
Relevant Work Experience
At least 5 years of corporate management experience.
Additional
Experience developing and delivering presentations to various audience levels within an organization. Intermediate skill level in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook. Advanced level skill in Microsoft PowerPoint (for example: changing picture styles, customizing animation and/or setting automatic slide timings). Willing to travel up to 25% of the time for business purposes (within state and out of state).
