The High Voltage Power Business Unit is seeking a Strategic Marketing Manager to join its fast-growing team. The Strategic Marketing Manager will be the field champion of the business unit and the liaison between Sales Organization/Customer and Business Unit. The successful candidate is responsible for identifying new products and segments of interest, establishing go-to-market strategies, securing designs and ultimately revenue growth. Attention to detail, ability to translate technical advantages into clear value proposition is crucial. This role will have responsibility in China. Responsibilities: · Lead HVPBU Go to Market plans through customers and sales partners engagements in China. · Pipeline development and management through collaboration with sales organization. · Be a main contributor for product roadmap and develop business plans to address assigned market. · Develop communication and sales collateral to support the High Voltage Isolated Gate Driver. · Provide marketing support and promotional training to all Sales partners. Qualifications: · Knowledge and understanding of semiconductor power electronics and power systems particularly in High Voltage Isolated Gate Drivers. · Excellent written and verbal communication with strong presentation skills · Highly organized, self-directed business style, with strong ability to prioritize. · Must work well in a team, fast-paced, high-energy, and deadline-driven environment. · ~25% domestic and international travel Education & Experience · Bachelor’s or master’s degree in electrical engineering or equivalent experience · 5+ years of High power Automotive and customers experience · Prior IGBT, SiC, GaN isolated gate driver experience is desired. · Understanding of High Power AC/DC or DCDC conversion. · Prior experience in Strategic Marketing/ Application Engineering/Product Marketing or Business Development related roles
