Key Responsibilities 13 Build Brand Reputation 61 Develop and implement integrated messaging strategies to support business objectives and enhance corporate brand reputation 61 Manage media relations, press releases 61 Craft compelling content for internal and external communications including social media and newsletters 61 Support internal communications that foster employee engagement 61 Monitor media and industry trends to identify risks and opportunities
Protect Brand Reputation 61 Oversee day-to-day review on all creative and communication across responsible brands and functions 61 Media monitoring coverage and provide timely action whenever necessary 61 Support crisis mitigation and management efforts
Event Planning & Execution 61 Lead the end-to-end planning, coordination, and execution of corporate events such as press conferences, activities/events, and milestone celebrations 61 Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to manage logistics, branding, media & guest engagement, and post-event evaluation. 61 Create event messaging house, briefing books, executive speeches, media interviews and supporting materials
Cross-Functional Collaboration 61 Partner with internal teams (e.g., Marketing, Procurement, HR, and Local CA) to support communications initiatives 61 Act as a facilitator and brand builder across functions to ensure consistent messaging and communications planning
Qualifications: 61 Bachelor’s degree or above in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Event Management or a related field. 61 6+ years of experience in corporate communications, with proven success in both communication planning and event management. 61 Fluent in both Mandarin and English, with strong storytelling, writing, and presentation skills 61 Extensive experience in media relationship 61 Demonstrated experience in managing events from concept to execution, with excellent project management capabilities 61 Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a high attention to detail and excellent writing skill
