MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES/主要职责:
à Operative supplier management regarding contract terms, payment, commercial related topics and provide support to MRP in case of escalations to ensure on time delivery and meet production requirement
à Perform benchmark analyses and market researches for potential new suppliers as per request by R&D for new commodity and project
à Initiate potential new supplier development for existing commodities/products to achieve continuous cost saving and minimize potential risk
à Provide input as per request by global Lead Buyers and Commodity Managers to support on purchasing strategies identification
à Maintenance of purchasing data for location
à Be responsible for accuracy of local price information in system by monitoring data input by junior staff 's daily maintenance
à Be responsible for local supplier's annual price negotiations according to Lead Buyers and Commodity Managers' schedule
à Define negotiation strategy and target allocation within own responsible supplier base for assigned commodities to achieve location's target
à Initiate and propose idea for approval and implement cost reduction program within all MSC related function drive potential savings (idea process with HG logic)
à Support on coaching junior buyers or new comers on defined technical topics, process and experience sharing to intergrade team environment
à Implement other tasks assigned by superior to meet superior’s expectation

MINIMUM POSITION REQUIREMENTS (MUST HAVE)/基本岗位任职条件:
à Bachelor degree in relevant subject
à At least 5 years related working experience.
à Familiar with SAP
à Other MS Office skills
à High level of being diligent, responsive and have a pro-active working attitude
à Good team working spirit, able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
à Good level of written and spoken English (see below)
à Good negotiation skills

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (NICE TO HAVE)/优先考虑条件:
à Advanced negotiation skills (auctions, bidding days, etc.)
à Technical background to understand production processes
à Experience in Commodity Purchasing
