What Are We Looking For? 1. Education: Degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Data Science, or related fields. 2. Experience: 3-5 years in Commercial Excellence, Process Design, or related areas. Prior experience in Coatings, Marine, Oil & Gas, Industrial, Chemical, or B2B sectors is preferred. 3. Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Excel, CRM tools (Dynamics 365/SFDC), and analytics tools (Power BI). 4. Behavioral Competencies: Analytical, organized, strong communicator, team player, and willing to travel occasionally (5%).
