JOB PURPOSE This role is a big opportunity for those seeking independent brand and team stewardship, strategic leadership and portfolio & mix crafmanship. We want a passionate brand developer who can undertake the challenge of taking a truly global brand such as Clear, and landing it in a way that is both compelling and engaging with Chinese *** while remaining true to the brand’s heritage. Portfolio, Inno Mix & Equity content development skills, in particular with consumer love, will be a key success factor for the person in this role.
WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE 1. CLEAR MEN Innovation Strategy & Landing · Define and develop Clear Men Portfolio Strategy for the China market, anchored in deep consumer insights, competitive landscape analysis, and technical readiness alignment. · Lead Inno 12QP development with strong funnel ideation, ensuring high-potential concepts in pre-testing phases and guiding R&D for mid-to-long-term technical prototypes. · Drive end-to-end innovation launch excellence, overseeing proposition validation, product/pack development, and OTIF (On-Time-In-Full) execution to deliver consumer-loved innovations. · Manage INNOFLEX gatekeeping processes within the Global IB. · Lead D4C portfolio dev with launch excellence 2. Men Market Development & Equity Building (Men MDM) · Lead men MDM initiatives, designing localized deployment plans to strengthen Clear Men’s leadership. · Develop social-*** communication strategies and build brand equity assets to drive men engagement.
