Job Responsibilities 61 Collaborate with the corporate legal department at the Head Office to provide legal support and guidance. 61 Work with business units to identify and mitigate risks during proposal and contract review phases 61 Take care and foster cooperation among other functions and legal support in the assigned region. 61 Review, negotiate, and provide feedback on proposed contracts to relevant internal and external stakeholders. 61 Draft and update contractual documents, deeds, declarations, and policies, ensuring compliance with Group regulations and applicable laws. 61 Periodically update company standard form documents to align with best practices and maintain compliance with Group regulations and applicable laws. 61 Support the accounting department with payment and collection matters. 61 Partner with the procurement department and head office legal team to interview and select external legal counsels as needed. 61 Manage corporate secretary activities, including organizing shareholders’ and board of directors’ meetings and drafting meeting minutes, in accordance with local laws and regulations. 61 Experience with labor and employment law is a plus.
