● Organize and facilitate customer project reviews, ensuring comprehensive reporting and analysis of project status to key stakeholders and management. ● Manage the collection of low margin projects, verify and justify project status for further approval, and do documentation/English translation. ● Lead special internal projects for commercial excellence, such as drafting and obtaining internal approval processes, special business Initiatives tracking, process mapping for further improvements ● Collaborate cross-functionally with various departments to gather insights and feedback, to drive internal special project progress ● Utilize project management tools and methodologies to monitor project timelines, deliverables, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Requirements:
● A minimum of 5 years of relevant working experience in a multinational corporation, experience in headquarters preferred. ● Demonstrated experience in sales management or supporting functions, with a proven ability to influence and drive results across different teams. ● Exceptional logical reasoning and communication skills, as the role will require extensive collaboration and coordination internally. ● Basic understanding of margin and finance principles ● A quick learner who adapts easily to changing requirements and challenges, demonstrating proactivity in problem-solving and project execution.
