Job Profile:
-Communicate with clients
-Manage and monitor daily WH operation
-Updated projects’ SOP
-Cooperate with CS team to handle clients’ inquiries and complaint
-Warehouse labor management, KPI management, productivity management
-Change management
-5S management
-Lean and continuous improvement
-Cost management
-Other tasks assigned by Manager

Requirement:
-University graduate or Logistics/Factory working experience of 3 years
-3 year of working experience in logistics industry.
-With Experience on WMS, SCM is preferable.
-Interest in warehouse operation and logistics industry.
-General Knowledge on logistics & freight forwarding operation
-Knowledge of customs tariffs and the customers organization and operations
-Good communication skills both to co-workers and customers, suppliers, etc.
-Financial awareness of the local and global economy and good financial management skills
-Efficient use of time
-Knowledge of service levels expected by clients
