Sales Strategy Manager leads and coordinates the pricing strategy, effective product cost control, and budgeting processes within the organization. The person also works cross-functionally to ensure that the team’s plans are aligned with company objectives.
Duties and Responsibilities: 1) Develop pricing strategies and manage offerings designed to grow market share and revenue, and to maximize profitability 2) Manage contracts and pricing for the given accounts 3) Implement pricing policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company standards and practices. Supervise staff involved in pricing & cost analysis and reporting, providing guidance and support for achieving best practice 4) Proactively ensure effective product cost to continuously improve competitiveness, by leading & coordinating with functional departments and teams within the company 5) Analyze pricing & cost performance metrics, identify and address pricing & cost-related issues, and prepare reports for senior management
Qualification and Requirements 1) Bachelor or Master degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Education, Electronics, Communication, Engineering or other related subjects 2) Minimum 5 years’ experience at same or similar functions. Working experience in the interconnect / connectivity or ICT manufacturing industry is preferred 3) Strong analytical skills for data interpretation and market analysis 4) Basic knowledge on interconnect technology or products of RF, power, fiber optic, data is required 5) Proactivity, teamwork sprit and strong coordination capability 6) Good skills in Excel, PowerPoint and other analytics tools software 7) Good communication skill in English and Mandarin 8) Ability to think both strategically and analytically to identify and assess new opportunities 9) Think like the customer
