GENERAL SUMMARY To work within the APAC AE team for the Pumps Division supporting China business， producing quotations and converting them into orders.
PRINCIPLE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS) 61 Receive written/verbal enquires for both OE and AM, evaluate customers requirements. Producing timely & accurate quotations whilst taking into account margin requirements. 61 To be able to size & select the correct equipment for the required duty. 61 Flexibility to assist, when necessary, with the sizing, selection and production of quotations for Chemical Injection packages. 61 Fully support and assist the external sales team and regional offices and representatives within APAC. 61 Follow up quotations via telephone and other media in an on-going & timely manner in conjunction with the External Sales team. 61 Complete technical clarifications either in person, by telephone or electronically. 61 Process the sales order received ensuring all relevant information is detailed as per Guiding Principles. 61 Provide engineering and application support to the external sales team and regional offices and representa-tives within China. 61 Ensure contracts department has sufficient information to allow them to supply the customer with the re-quired equipment in the time specified. 61 Undertake sales visits (singly or jointly with sales leads) including regional travel as & when required in support of sales / technical issues. 61 Maintain and continually update the Enquiry Data Base System and maintain proposal filing system. 61 Carry out other duties as assigned by the AE Manager. 61 Project execution for the Chemical Injection Packages as when required. Capable for AutoCAD skid drawing or 3D drawing.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE Diploma or Degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering or similar field with at least two (2) years of related experience from Oil & Gas and Petrochemical Industries.
