— Identify, manage new business opportunities across the whole product portfolio including bulk gases, special gases, turnkey project and TGM. — Drive bidding in whole process for technology and commercial proposal. — Contract negotiation — — Organize and work with OP, PDE, PM, SHEQ and purchase commercialization meeting monthly. — Review project safety, schedule, quality, license and capex by commercialization tools. Highlight and monitor project risk and mitigate planning. — Management customer, internal function to ensure delivery IC case — — Maximise sales at existing customer base of electronics accounts in all sectors, through building wide customer relationships (including purchasing, facilities and technical departments) and selling the whole product portfolio — Maximise returns and long term security through effective Pricing & Contract management in line with agreed targets — Maximise customer satisfaction through continuous improvement plans as appropriate — Act as primary point of contact with the customer for technical, quality & commercial issues — Maintain accurate and up to date account records — Manage territory & sales processes in line with Linde Pro principles and practices — Adhere to health and safety policy, and other requirements relating to care of gas business

Required qualifications/experience — 3~5 years of field sales and/or account management. — Bachelor’s degree required in sales, marketing, finance, or technical discipline — Experience in Electronic industry & multinational company is a plus — Self-motivated and must thrive on challenge — Strong sales, time management and administrative skills — Minimum of intermediate level computer skills (MS Office products) required — Excellent Oral and written English
