Role Mission: This role is mainly to provide support for integrated marketing campaigns (GTM&COLLAB) and other marketing related project, to coordinate with cross functional teams and external vendors to deliver brand KPI and growth.
Key Activities: - China GTM campaign support in implementation, and tracking - Ensure the delivery of campaign execution to meet the campaign timeline independently. - Ensure marketing campaign landing in commercial channels, working together with multi-functional teams including, retail marketing, visual merchandizing, and EC/WHS/Retail team,etc. - Clear and efficient communication with both internal and external stakeholders to reach the goal - Ensure on-time delivery of influencer content and tracking - Imbed solid learnings through campaign execution into campaign review session - Assist in ad-hoc project as assigned by management, report on budget, workflow and outstanding items to ensure delivery on time - Assist in cross functional team communication to facilitate the coordination and timeline control
- Agency Communication - Manage day-to-day activities with relevant agency partners to ensure excellent delivery of campaigns
- Team Support - MKT sample order and process - Purchase order management - Other IMC team related projects
Job Requirements: Education:Bachelor degree or above Experience:5 years around experience on brand marketing, integrated marketing communication, with digital marketing deep understanding as a plus, ideally from famous international FMCG / retail brands/footwear
Knowledge - Understanding of retail business, fashion/footwear is a plus - Strong brand marketing fundamental, especially in integrated marketing communication and digital marketing - Strong analytical and solution driven skills with an eye for detail - Strong oral and written English skills - Knowledge and resource on brand collaboration will be a plus Interpersonal Skill - Fast learner - Excellent communication, writing, presentation, teamwork and relationship building skills are critical - Passionate, enthusiastic, detail oriented and responsive strong willingness to learn and hard working. - Excellent time management, multi-tasking skills and organizational skills - Work under pressure to meet deadlines and work objectives Travel Requirement As required
